ELLA is a simpleplex fluorescence reader for microfluidic cartridges using either pre-kit immunoassay or research developemnt of immuno assays using the biotin / digoxigenin system. Cartridges come as 16,32,72 sample wells. Cartridges can be purchased for simple plex, multianalyte, multiplex or custamizable kits. The system uses minimal 2.5 -25ul of sample and provides 3 readings (3 channels / well) for technical replicates per sample well. Standard curves and post analysis software.
