Thermo Exploris 480

The Exploris 480 is a high-performance, hybrid quadrupole Orbitrap mass spectrometer typically configured for high sensitivity electrospray with intelligent dependent and data independent scan functions. The system is used for protein or peptide characterisation using nano liquid chromatography and data dependent tandem mass spectrometry.  It is also used for label-free analysis of complex samples with DDA or DIA and TMT quantification of differentially expressed proteins with high resolution nano liquid chromatography.
