The New Brunswick BioFlo/CelliGen 115 is a fermenter with an active working volume of 6-10L and provides an optimal environment for bacteria or yeast to grow and metabolize specific substrates to produce proteins and other biologics. The built-in pH and dissolved oxygen probes allow for real time tracking of the culture’s development, which can be auto-regulated by the control tower once set up.
