The TSQ XLS is a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, and it is equipped with gas chromatographic sample separation. The instrument is capable of Electron Impact and Chemical Ionization modes and can operate in either positive or negative ion polarities. The instrument is used predominately for small molecule quantitative analysis.
