The Attune NxT analyzing flow cytometer is equipped with four excitation lasers (violet 405nm, blue 488nm, yellow/green 561nm and red 642nm) and is able to detect up to 16 parameters (14 fluorescence channels, two forward scatter channels and one side scatter). This cytometer’s configuration has been designed to mirror that of the BD FACSAria III, enabling users to easily transfer or work-up experiments.
A autosampler option allows users to analyse sample directly from a plate (12, 24, 96 and 384 wells). Included is a volumetric analyser enabling exact counts; a feature not yet available in the facility.
