The BD FACSymphony™ A3 analyzing flow cytometer is equipped with four excitation lasers (violet 405nm, blue 488nm, yellow/green 561nm and red 642nm) and can detect up to 23 parameters (21 fluorescence channels plus forward scatter and side scatter). IT is both a conventional and a spectral flow cytometer.
